Are MAYOR WOLF products available in Southeast Asia?
We support international project enquiries and can confirm the suitable product, quantity, and delivery plan after reviewing the site requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Products are supplied from China. Delivery timing depends on the product configuration, order quantity, destination, and shipping method.
Is a warranty provided?
Yes. The published product warranty is five years. For a problem reported within seven days of receipt, we cover return shipping and provide a new replacement after an initial assessment. If the light stops working under normal use during the first year, the customer sends it to the service centre; we repair it and cover the return shipment. Confirm the terms for your model in the written quotation.
What support is available after the first year?
Repair support remains available after the first year. If components need replacing, we will explain their cost before proceeding; the customer covers shipping in both directions. Claims from long-term partners are handled according to the agreed cooperation terms.
Who handles after-sales support?
MAYOR WOLF has a dedicated after-sales team. Customer service follows the case from the initial assessment and confirmation of the problem through repair or replacement and return shipment.
How does the system operate during the rainy season?
Monocrystalline panels can generate electricity in cloudy conditions, though charging will be lower than in direct sunlight. The listed system design supports two to three days of operation from a full charge; actual duration depends on the model, battery, weather and operating mode. Confirm the model’s IP65/IP67 rating and installation requirements.
Do you offer OEM customisation?
We offer OEM options including logos, packaging, power specifications, colour temperature and design adjustments. Minimum order quantities vary by model. Send your requirements so we can confirm the available options.
How are the lights installed?
Use the supplied mounting instructions and confirm the bracket and pole requirements for the selected model. Solar lights do not require a connection to the electricity grid, but the mounting, electrical connections within the unit and work at height still need safe installation. For large orders, ask our team about available local installation support.
What is included in the package?
Package contents depend on the model. Confirm the LED light, solar panel, mounting bracket, remote control and user guide in your quotation. The panel may be integrated or separate. Poles are sold separately and can be requested.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The listed minimum order is two units for standard stocked models and 10–50 units for OEM customisation. Bulk pricing and the applicable minimum depend on the model and market; confirm them in the quotation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
For Indonesia orders, the listed payment options are bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri or BNI) and QRIS. International transactions can use T/T bank transfer. The listed payment schedule is a 50% deposit and the balance before shipment. Confirm the payment account and terms in the official quotation or contract.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Send the project location, site type, approximate quantity, pole height, planned installation date and site photos if available. These details help us recommend a suitable product.
